Comprehensive Health Assessment- $350
In-Depth Report- $450
Wellness Check-In Call- $60
Standard Appointment- $125
Extended Appointment- $250
(These phone appointments are perfect for Dr. Brian’s established patients who’ve completed the full intake process [consult, labs, Comprehensive Health Assessment, and report] and just need a quick check-in. These calls last up to 15 minutes and are a great opportunity to ask questions, get personalized guidance, or make small adjustments when a full Standard Appointment isn’t needed.)
Lab Testing
Dr. Brian recommends only the tests that truly matter for your health goals. You’ll receive estimated pricing during your consultation, and once your Comprehensive Health Assessment is complete, he’ll use the information he's gathered to make complete recommendations and share your final pricing details. Insurance
While Dr. Brian currently does not provide superbills or accept any insurance policies, we’re committed to offering you personalized care that focuses on your unique health needs! This allows us to create a tailored experience just for you. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting you on your health journey!
Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Preventative health care is almost always covered by most HSAs and FSAs. Just be sure to always verify allowable expenses before using your HSA or FSA.
Payment
We're happy to let you know that we accept all major credit cards for payment, making it easy and convenient for you! Just a friendly reminder that payment is due at the time of service. We look forward to serving you!
Cancellation Policy
We're thrilled to have you scheduled for an appointment! Your reserved time is all about you, and we want to make the most of it. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 1 hour's notice. This helps us fill that time with another patient who may need care. If we receive less than 1 hour's notice or if you miss your appointment, a cancellation fee of half the visit price will be charged to the card on file.
